There, two gun runners, Graham and Parker, are posing as rival cameramen and have recruited Wayne's younger brother Don (James Bush) as an unwitting ally after Wayne has refused to help him become a cameraman. Wayne and his pal set out to locate and film the rebel leader, El Kadar, they become instead his captives, but escape in time to save a whole company of British lancers. He gets his pictures but only after a romance with the Colonel's daughter Pamela.
